This one goes out to Leslie Paxton, in honor of her actual life-havin' self, who went to the Interpol concert last night, instead of staying home and drawing a silly little cartoon about it while American Idol blares in the background.  Posted by Hello

This is the first time anyone’s ever drawn a portrait for me! And the odd thing is it captures that particular concert perfectly!
Below is an excerpt of the critical analysis of the piece:

L: “A Gardler Original!”
CA: “Is it clear?”
L: “Whose the king? In the balcony?"
CA: “Any undeserving good-concert seat goer or really, it's a metaphor for people who fall into privelidge and don't appreciate what they have.”
L: “See that's what I was thinking, you're like Rembrandt.”
CA: "pff...
L: “I love these!”
CA: Rembrant if he had a massive head injury."
L: "Yay!, I will hang on my wall!"

I think the people in hats are representative of the hats we wear in our everyday life. Or it could just mean those are boys.

Hey, you say "tomato", I say "broccoli". It all comes out in the wash.
